Good Morning ICP Family!

Wanted to remind everyone to make sure your childs' 2009/ 2010 ICP admission packet is completed and turned in ASAP. As you can imagine with our latest move to the Hoop YMCA, we are being contacted daily by parents and prosepective studaent athletes who are interested in joining the ICP Family.

Our first objective is to give all returners an ample opportunity to re-apply for the 2009/ 2010 season but if deadlines are missed and communication isnt consistent we will need to move forward in securing our rosters prior our 1st official practices November 14th & November 15th. If you are having doubts about returning this seaso, please make sure that you communicate with any of our staff members as we would like to assist in possibly findin a new team for your son to play with.

ALL paperwork and payments need to be taken care of ASAP. Please make sure that you have turned in your complete application and annual club fees this weeken as we originally asked for ALL of this to be taken care of at the beginning of October.

Our staff is working hard to put our 2009/ 2010 game schedule together and should have this done by November 1st. For planning purposes we will only play in (1) event in 2009, which will be our West Coast Xmas Championships December 18- 20. All other weekends will be used for team/ individual training. All teams will be practicing on Saturday and Sundays 4pm-7pm at the Hoop YMCA. We may also add alternating Friday evenings and possibly Saturday mornings for individual/ position work. REMEMBER.... 1ST QUARTER GRADES CHECKS WILL BE DUE SOON SO MAKE SURE YOU STAY ON TOP OF YOUR ACADEMIC LOAD OR YOU MAY BE DECLARED INELIGIBLE FROM GAME COMPETITION!

FALL LEAGUE will continue this weekend. ALL games will be played on Sundays 12pm-7pm. Please make sure that you plan accordingly as we are using the Fall League to guage each players development. We have split ALL groups up so each player will receive quality court time. We will not begin official ICP practice until the 2nd week of November but will use the academy and fall league to make decisions on who we will be bringing back for the 2009/ 2010 season.

ALL teams will play two (2) games each Sunday. Most teams will play a game, rest a game and then play the second game.

PARENTS PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR 2009/ 2010 CLUB MEMBERSHIP UNTIL LAST YEARS BALANCE IS CLEARED UP. AS COACHES WE SPEND A LARGE AMOUNT OF TIME AND MONEY IN THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING EACH PLAYER. WITH THAT BEING SAID THE ANNUAL CLUB FEE THAT WE ASK FOR IS EXTREMELY MINIMAL FOR YEAR ROUND TRAINING/ MARKETING. THERE WILL BE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ANY KIDS WHO HAVE NOT CLEARED UP LAST YEARS BALANCES AND/ OR HAVE NOT MADE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2009/ 2010 SEASON. WE FEEL THAT WE ARE MORE THAN FLEXIBLE IN ACCOMODATING ALL PARENTS WITH WHATEVER ARRANGEMENTS ARE CONVIENIENT FOR EACH FAMILY, BUT TO JUST FLAT OUT NOT HONOR YOUR COMMITMENT BUT EXPECT FOR YOUR CHILD TO BE SERVICED IS TOTAL DISRESPECT.

PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS TURNED IN, ALONG W/ CLUB FEES AND/ OR PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS THIS WEEKEND!
