Good Afternoon ICP!
Hope everyone had a GREAT Spring Break. Our staff is very excited to get back into the gym full time as we approach our last swing into the Spring/ Summer. Please make sure that you read our weekly newsletter carefully as practice times for all teams may change periodically.

We have a large number of our kids, who play baseball so we want to try and manipulate our practice and game schedules accordingly, in an effort to maximize our training scenarios. In addition to training schedules, we have added and deleted a few events as tourney directors were not able to pull them off. Please note where your child will be traveling to this Spring/ Summer and make the neccessary arrangements.

If you WILL NOT be able to travel with your child, please contact his respective coach in ADVANCE so we can plan accordingly. For the most part each kis will need travel arrangements and meal money for each trip. ICP will make sure that room assignments are communicated, so you can be assured that your student athlete will be attended to.

Lastly, please shoot me an email as to how many rooms you may possibly need for Las Vegas, as we are close to securing our group block for Planet Hollywood. I need to make sure that we have enough rooms secured in our ICP Block.

Please make sure that you book your air and hotel for our Sacramento trip ASAP. We would like everyone to arrive in Sacramento by 8pm on Friday May 8th, 2009. We would also like to encourage everyone to stay at the tournament host hotel Courtyard Marriott Roseville Galleria Mall Creekside Ridge Drive- 916.772.3404 please ask for ICP California UBC special rate.

ICP FEES/ PAPERWORK/ AAU CARDS/ ESSAYS/!

We have just completed our 8th month of the season and would still like to ask EVERYONE to make sure ALL of your fees and paperwork are IN. We understand that our economy has affected all of us, but without your club fees, the responsibility falls on our coaching staff to train, mentor and finance all 47 kids currently in ICP youth program. Please make every effort to close out any remaining balances by this weekend.
Unfortunaetly if fees arent taken care of, we will have to remove your child from ICP participation.

MEETINGS!

We will need to schedule team meetings for each level, as we discuss financing for our end of the year trip to Las Vegas in July.

*Reminder: The shuttle bus from Jefferson H.S. to ICP Practice Facility leaves promptly 30 minutes before ALL scheduled practice sessions Friday-Sunday. Please ensure everyone who uses the shuttle bus arrives in a timely manner as we must leave no later than
6:30pm on Friday Evenings
8:30am on Saturday Mornings
*Please make sure all boys come to practice with their practice gear and two pairs of shoes (1 for track,1 for gym)
